شناسایی پیشرانهای سازمانی و محیطی رشد کسبوکارهای دیجیتال زنان (مورد مطالعه: زنان کارآفرین شهر تهران)

بسیاری از زنان کارآفرین برای کارآفرینی فضای دیجیتال را به فضای فیزیکی ترجیح میدهند و ایجاد کسبوکار برای زنان کارآفرین در محیط دیجیتال آسانتر به نظر میرسد. همچنین کارآفرینی دیجیتال باعث رشد اقتصادی در کشور شده و فرصت های متعددی را برای زنان به وجود آورده است. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی پیشرانهای سازمانی و محیطی رشد کسبوکارهای دیجیتال زنان در شهر تهران میباشد. تحقیق حاضر اکتشافی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری دادهها و اطلاعات از نوع تحلیل محتوای کیفی است. در این پژوهش نمونهگیری هدفمند بوده و بر اساس اشباع نظری 15 مصاحبه با زنان کارآفرین صورت گرفت و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. بر اساس یافته های پژوهشعوامل پیشران سازمانی رشد کسبوکارهای دیجیتال زنان در سه دسته برنامهریزی مناسب نیروی انسانی، بازاریابی مناسب و مزیتهای ماهیت دیجیتال کسبوکار میباشد. همچنین عوامل پیشران محیطی رشد کسبوکارهای دیجیتال زنان در سه دسته اکو سیستم استارتاپی دانشگاهی، حمایت دولت و اثرکرونا قرار گرفت. محیط دیجیتال بسیاری از موانع کارآفرینی زنان را کاهش میدهد و مزیتهای بیشماری برای زنان در کسبوکار دارد.
