بررسی تاثیر مدیریت کیفیت زنجیره تأمین بر عملکرد باشگاههای لیگ برتر والیبال با نقش میانجی فناوری اطلاعات

هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر مدیریت کیفیت زنجیره تأمین بر عملکرد باشگاههای لیگ برتر والیبال با نقش میانجی فناوری اطلاعات بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 168 نفراز سرمربیان، مربیان و عوامل اجرایی شاغل در لیگ برتر والیبال بود. با توجه فرمول کوکران تعداد 120 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری در نظر گرفته شدند. روش نمونهگیری در این تحقیق روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده بود. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی بود و ابزارهای اندازهگیری پرسشنامه مدیریت زنجیره تامین، پرسشنامه سیستمهای اطلاعاتی، ساختار سازمانی و پرسشنامه عملکرد سازمانی بود که پایایی درونی آنها در مطالعات داخلی تایید گردیده است (78/0<α). دادهها با استفاده از نسخه 23 نرم افزار اسپی اساس و نرم افزار آموس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند (05/0≥P). در تجزیه و تحلیل توصیفی اطلاعات ابتدا ویژگیهای جمعیت شناخت به طور کامل مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در بخش آمار استنباطی به منظور بررسی فرضیههای پژوهش از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل مسیر الگوی پژوهش نشان داد که متغیرمدیریت کیفیت زنجیره تامین اثر معنادار و مستقیمی بر متغیرهای عملکرد زنجیره تامین، مدیریت زنجیره تأمین خدمات برساختار سازمانی، مدیریت زنجیره تأمین خدمات برفناوری اطلاعات، ساختار سازمانی بر عملکرد و فناوری اطلاعات دارد. همچنین نقش میانجیگری متغیر فناوری اطلاعات بر عملکرد باشگاههای لیگ برتر والیبال مورد تایید قرار گرفت.
