واکاوی ابعاد و مولفههای فرآیند نوآوری صنعتی مبنی بر استراتژیهای اقتصاد چرخشی

ارزش فرایند نوآوری در سازمانها و جوامع و رشد اقتصادی با حداقل اختلال در محیط، سیاستی ضروری و جدی است که حل این مسئله، منجر شده، سازمانهای مختلف در سراسر جهان به کارکرد اقتصاد چرخشی روی آورده تا منابع طبیعی را به روشی نوآورانه در صنعت مورد استفاده قرار داده و هدررفت آن را به حداقل برسانند.لذا ارائه الگویی جهت طرحریزی فرآیند نوآوری صنعتی با رویکرد اقتصاد چرخشی هدف این پژوهش میباشد. این پژوهش از طریق روش فراترکیب و الگوی 7 مرحلهای سندلوسکی و باروسو با مرور نظام مند62 مقاله مرتبط با هدف پژوهش از بین 305 مقاله از سالهای 2010 تا 2023 انجام شده است. مقالهها بر اساس معیارهای ورود به مطالعه انتخاب شده و روایی پژوهش بر طبق معیارهایی با برگزاری جلسات توسط اعضای تیم پژوهش و ممیزی کل فرایند برای اجماع نظری تاییدگردید. پایایی آن نیز از طریق برنامه مهارتهای ارزیابی انتقادی و ضریب توافق کوهن، براساس ضریب کاپا 781/0 مورد تایید واقع شد. ابعاد اصلی پژوهش با هدف تبیین چارچوبی جهت فرآیند نوآوری صنعتی با محوریت اقتصاد چرخشی با 5 مقوله و مضامین پارادایمی و همسو با فرآیند نوآوری منتج از منابع استخراج شده، طراحی و در قالب یک مدل مفهومی جامع معرفی شد. نتایج این پژوهش میتواند مبنایی برای عملیاتی سازی فرایند نوآوری صنعتی همسو با استراتژیها و مقولههای اقتصاد چرخشی مرتبط با توسعه پایدار در سطح سازمانهای صنعتی باشد.
