چکیده

مدیریت استراتژیک منابع انسانی از مهمترین شاخصه‌های یک سازمان در فرایند جذب، آموزش، مدیریت عملکرد و حتی دوران بازنشستگی نیروی انسانی شاغل در یک سازمان برای راهبرد یک سازمان جهت نیل به اهداف استراتژیک آن می‌باشد. از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه چارچوبی برای مدیریت استراتژیک منابع انسانی با رویکرد فراترکیب می‌باشد. با توجه به گسترش روزافزون نظریه‌ها در این حوزه در این پژوهش با دیدی گسترده و جمع‌آوری نظریات و مدل‌های گوناگون در یک بازه زمانی 10 ساله (2013 تا 2023) در مقالات معتبر داخلی و خارجی (حدود 80 مقاله تاییدشده) سعی در ارائه چارچوبی جامع با در نظر گرفتن تشابهات مدل‌های موجود در این سال‌ها و ایجاد همگرایی در آن‌ها با استفاده از روش فراترکیب شده است.برای تجزیه و تحلیل مطالعات از روش کیفی داده بنیاد  با رویکرد استرائوس و کوربین (2007) استفاده شد. ابعاد مدیریت استراتژیک منابع انسانی و خط‌مشی‌های آن تعیین گردید که با بررسی نظر خبرگان این حوزه در نهایت روایی و پایایی مدل ارائه شده تایید گردید. در ادامه به توضیحات روش کدگذاری این پژوهش و تبدیل نتایج کیفی به کمی به جهت آزمودن صحت چارچوب ارائه شده پرداخته شده است. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده از مدل ارائه شده برای مدیریت استراتژیک منابع انسانی، مدیران می‌توانند سیاست‌ها و خط‌مشی‌های مدیریت استراتژیک منابع انسانی را در سازمان‌ها پیاده‌سازی کنند.
