ارائه چارچوب مفهومی برای نوآوری مدل کسب و کار: حلقه اتصال بین تحول دیجیتال و پایداری

کارآفرینی در هر کشوری یکی از نیروهای محرکه اصلی رشد اقتصادی است، از اینرو پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عدمقطعیتهای توسعه کارآفرینی در زمینه کسب و کارهای نوپای ورزشی برای دانشجویان علوم ورزشی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات پیمایشی است که به روش آمیخته اکتشافی (کیفی-کمی) انجام گردید. همچنین از نظر هدف اکتشافی و از لحاظ جهتگیری کاربردی است. بنابراین به منظور شناسایی پیشرانها و عدمقطعیتها سه گام اساسی طی شد. در گام اول با استفاده از روش مرور ادبیات پژوهش پیشرانها و عوامل مؤثر بر شکلگیری کارآفرینی در زمینه کسب و کارهای نوپای ورزشی شناسایی شدند. در گام دوم، برای غربال و تأیید پیشرانهای کلیدی از روش دلفی فازی استفاده شد. سپس در گام سوم برای تعیین عدم قطعیتهای کلیدی از تکنیک تحلیل ساختاری میک مک استفاده شد. جامعه کیفی پژوهش شامل اساتید علوم ورزشی دانشگاه (6 نفر)، کارآفرینان (4 نفر) ، فارغالتحصیلان و دانشجویان دکتری حوزه علوم ورزشی (5 نفر) بود که در نهایت 15 نفر به صورت نمونهگیری هدفمند و از نوع قضاوتی انتخاب شدند. بر طبق یافتههای پژوهش حاضر 15 پیشران بر کارآفرینی در زمینه کسب و کارهای نوپای ورزشی تأثیرگذار هستند. همچنین بر اساس روابط میان این پیشرانها، سطح نوآوری و تحقیق و توسعه، نوآوریهای فناوری دیجیتالی، فرصتهای بازار، مدل کسب و کار، ظرفیت جذب، دانش بازار و مدیریت دانش به عنوان عدمقطعیتهایی هستند که میتوانند در ترسیم سناریوهای بدیل مؤثر باشند. پیشنهاد کاربردی پژوهش نشان میدهد که مسئولان و برنامهریزان دانشگاه میتوانند با تدوین برنامههای دانشافزایی در رابطه با عدم قطعیتهای کلیدی شناسایی شده برای دانشجویان و فارغالتحصیلان علوم ورزشی موجب افزایش بهرهوری در این امر و حرکت دانشگاهها به سوی دانشگاه نسل چهارم شوند.
