بررسی تاثیر تطبیق پذیری کارراهه بر رفتار دوسوتوان: تبیین نقش خود کارآمدی کارآفرینانه و گرایش کارآفرینانه

چکیده

هدف پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر تطبیق پذیری کارراهه بر رفتار دوسوتوان: تبیین نقش خود کارآمدی کارآفرینانه و گرایش کارآفرینانه می‌باشد. جامعه اماری تحقیق کلیه اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد می‌باشد.حجم نمونه با فرمول کوکران تعداد 260 نفر محاسبه شد که این تعداد به روش نمونه گیری طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. داده‌های لازم ازطریق پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد گرایش کارآفرینانه از پرسشنامه هاگس و مورگان (2007)، رفتار دوسوتوانی از پرسشنامه گارسیا (2016)، تطبیق پذیری کارراهه از پرسشنامه ساویکاس و پورفیلی (2012)، خودکارامدی کارآفرینانه از پرسشنامه دی نابل (1999) جمع آوری شده است.یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد كه خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه نقش تعدیلگری بین تطبیق پذیری کارراهه و دوسو توانی رفتاری ایفا میکند و گرایش کارآفرینانه نقش تعدیلگری بین تطبیق پذیری کارراهه و دوسو توانی رفتاری را ایفا می‌کند.
