The present study aimed to perform a thematic analysis of factors influencing the development of an agile electronic entrepreneurial organization evaluation model and to determine its desirability using the diagnostic analysis technique. This research employed a mixed-methods approach, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative components. The qualitative population consisted of managers from Bank Saderat, from which 19 managers were purposively sampled. The quantitative population included all senior, middle, and operational managers of Bank Saderat. Since the exact size of the statistical population was unknown, a convenience sampling method was used, and based on Cochran’s formula for indeterminate populations, a sample size of 384 individuals was determined. Data collection tools included semi-structured interviews and a researcher-designed questionnaire. The qualitative section of the study employed thematic analysis and grounded theory, while the quantitative section utilized the diagnostic analysis technique. All qualitative data analyses were conducted using Maxqda software, and quantitative analyses were performed with SPSS24. The results revealed that three variables had the most significant impact on distinguishing organizations in evaluating agile electronic entrepreneurial organizations. These were the organization's lack of attention to continuous improvement, lack of social outcomes, and lack of effective internal and external communication. As the findings showed, the most important variables affecting the evaluation of agile electronic entrepreneurial organizations included social dynamism, social outcomes, and the existence of effective internal and external communication. The variables of social dynamism, proper internal and external communication, and alignment of agile electronic entrepreneurial organization evaluation with organizational strategy and structure played the most critical roles in the evaluation process. Ultimately, based on real data, 24 organizations achieved high success in evaluating agile electronic entrepreneurial organizations. According to the diagnostic model, the status of 21 organizations was correctly assessed, while three were inaccurately classified.
