رابطه مدیریت دانش با عملکرد سازمانی با نقش میانجی تحقیق و توسعه

هدف این پژوهش، بررسی اثرگذاری مدیریت دانش در عملکرد سازمانی با میانجیگری تحقیق و توسعه در یکی از شرکتهای فعال در صنعت نفت میباشد. به این منظور در ابتدا با بررسی ادبیات تحقیق و پیشینه پژوهش، چارچوب نظری تحقیق تدوین گردید. بر اساس این چارچوب، مدل مفهومی پژوهش ارائه و فرضیات تحقیق نیز تدوین شدند. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران و کارشناسان یکی از شرکتهای فعال در صنعت نفت انتخاب شده که تعداد آن برابر با 186 بود که تعداد نمونه بالغ بر 125 نفر میباشد. سپس پرسشنامهای که سوالات آن از منابع معتبر استخراج شده و روایی و پایایی آن تایید شده بین این تعداد توزیع گردید. با توجه به عدم نرمال بودن توزیع دادهها و شکل مدل تحقیق، از روش حداقل مربعات جزیی و نرم افزار Smart Pls2 برای تحلیلهای آماری استفاده شد. میزان تأثیر مدیریت دانش بر عملکرد سازمانی برابر با 0.578، میزان تأثیر مدیریت دانش بر تحقیق و توسعه برابر با 0.551 و میزان تاثیر تحقیق و توسعه بر عملکرد سازمانی برابر با 0.632 حاصل شد. در نهایت پیشنهاداتی به منظور بهبود عملکرد سازمانی بر اساس مدیریت دانش و تحقیق و توسعه ارائه گردید.
